I'm HUNGRY!!
Sometimes I get very hungry in the middle of working out. Today for instance I felt like I could have gone longer but I was hungry. I had run 3 miles and did 20 mins on the stairmaster. by the last 5 minutes I felt weak.
I always eat my carbs before I work out then digest. I usually have a whole wheat bagel flat w/ PB and a cup of kashi go lean dry cereal. I wait at least an hour then workout. TOday I even had a packet of Power Bar gel while I was working out.
What can I do to NOT get hungry when I work out?

are you sure you're hungry and it's not thirst? have you tried tanking up on water when you eat your snack, and then drinking smart water or something with electrolytes during your workouts?

Hmm. I always have a huge 32 oz water bottle with me AT the gym. Maybe I'lll try drinking more pre-workout! Thanks for the tip!

I would definitely add in more water before your workout. I'm thinking your hunger might be more mental then actual hunger. If you're feeling weak then that's a problem. But if you're just getting hungry I would say push through it and look forward to your post workout meal.
