I'm having a lousy birthday today...
Ok here is an original post about my concern for DS...

Now the situation has not gotten any better. He's still continuing to toss and turn non stop and this morning at 5:30 am he threw up, and at 6 am he threw up again. Then he finally fell asleep at 7:15 and woke up at 9:30. Then later on around 10:30 am he threw up his breakfast....Don't know what's going on. I called the doctor but he won't be until 2 pm. Something has got to be wrong, it can't just be that he's tossing and turnng cuz he's teething. I just don't get it. I will speak to the doctor today and he has an appointment on Thursday cuz his doctor will be out of the office tomorrow...

Hopefully he feels better soon.
Has been throwing up for a while, meaning days?
It could be just that because he isn't getting a great sleep at night, his resistance is low and now he has gotten the flu like everyone else has

Ok - here is goes anyway 
You have brought him to the doctors recently right?
What have they said? About how he is?
That wasn't even the questions I was going to say - my question is
-- do you really like his doctor?
-- Do you feel you are getting the answers and advice that you should be getting?
--Do you walk out of the office (or get off the phone) feeling you got the answers you needed to make you feel better or better - makes Matthew feel better?
I am not judging your mommy skills- please don't think that.
But I have a feeling to the above questions - alot of your answers are no.
If that is the case - maybe you should take him to another doctor? Is that possible for you? I know you don't have a car or get around too much (cause DH has the car).
But I feel like you are still questioning after you talk to them -- no doctors office should make you still question things. Do you know what I mean?
Does this make sense?

I hope you don't take it the wrong way

I'm not upset at you...
When I went to the doctor's last time, He was checked and he was a little congested and had pink eye. That cleared up now. I did mention to the doctor about what has been going on with the sleeping situation and he said that when he looked at his mouth he saw that he was teething for his 2nd molars. So he said that he's probably uncomfortable at night from that and said not to worry.
But now 2 weeks later and the situation has not improved so that's why I want to go back. It's not that I don't trust them or am not happy with them. It's just that now I want to have more tests done on him and just make sure all is fine.
