I'm doing that 6:00AM beach yoga thing tomorrow..
And we have dinner plans with friends tomorrow night. let's pray I don't fall asleep at the table! I'm actually really psyched; I think it's going to be beautiful.
For anyone who missed it: there will be yoga at 6:15 (free) tomorrow morning at Sunken Meadow Beach. My old yoga teacher will be giving a sun salutation Vinyasa flow class for about 1 hour, 15 minutes.

I would LOVE to do that. it sounds awesome. it's just increidbly far for me and I have work in manhattan at 12.
