I'm back....with a question.

After 5 years of undergoing IF treatments, I am 6w6d without IF help. We saw and heard the heartbeat yesterday Chat Icon . I am taking it day by day and enjoying every minute.

Now my question, my breasts have been sore for about a month. It gets realy bad night and I can't sleep. Any suggestions, should I wear a bra at night? TIA.

Congrats Reg!!! Very happy for you!!

I had the same issue and when I would roll over or flip in the night my boobs hurt SO much. For a while I wore sports tanks that had built in sports bras and that helped. It has gotten better over time though...

Re: I'm back....with a question.

My boobs were SO sore in the beginning. I wore a tank top with support built in when I went to bed. It made it much better, but it still hurt. It's much better now and my boobs are not as sore anymore.

Also, congrats!!!!!!!

Nothing helped me with my sore boobs- I never wore a bra at night though. I hated wearing bras when I was sore, I felt they made it worse.

Wow! Congratulations!! While we were successful with IF treatments, it took 6 years, so I know how you are feeling.

No bra advice, but lots of best wishes to you!

Congrats!!!

They will be sore for the first tri. Sleeping was so uncomfortable for me, especially b/c I was a stomach sleeper. I tried wearing a cotton sports bra but it just annoyed me. Instead, I just slept on my side and I was better.

You can try buying a sleep bra or a soft, cotton bra and it may help. Nothing with underwire or too tight.
