Im bacckkk...
The area manager I was supposed to be meeting with- got stuck and was unable to make it... Therefore my 2nd interview turned out to be a phone interview...
The AM caught me off guard a couple times... asking very non-traditional interview questions... But Im confident it went well..
After we hung up- The owner and I discussed the position some more and I was told she would def. have an answer tomorrow...
I came home- and about an hour later- I got a call asking if I was available to have lunch w/ the owner and AM tomorrow...
So now- off I go tomorrow...I cant imagine that this is yet another interview w/ the same people- (I mean my 1st interview was an hour and today I was there for 2.5 hrs!!!!) What could they possibly have left to ask me???
Im running outta summer suites... haha
Can I wear I nice summer dress with heels????

Yes you can def. wear a skirt or a summer dress....you don't have to wear a suit for a third interview.

They didnt call it an interview though- they just referred to it as having lunch with them???

A summer skirt of nice sundress is fine.

I think you can wear a nice dress. Especially since this isn't your first- or even second interview.
As a hiring manager- that would be fine with me.
