I'm a closet dance exerciser

I prefer to exercise in the solitude of my own living room. I figure there are probably others out there and wanted to talk about DVD's.

I got a DVD years ago called Crunch Cardio Salsa, way before Zumba was popular. I used it and a couple of other strengthening DVD's to lose 50 pounds for my wedding. It's campy and is a low-impact DVD but a good standard to have.

This weekend, I happened to be in Borders and bought:

Gaiam Dancing for Weight Loss

and this one, I'm really excited about:

I also got yoga socks (the ones with the rubber treads) so I don't slip on the living room carpet.

Does anyone else do dance DVD's at home? I downloaded some Zumba YouTube videos and burned them to a DVD but the quality is terrible, and they're too short.
