yes, but I really thought it was more because I had kids than hit 30. I really noticed it after child birth. My youngest is 2 and it's not getting any better. So maybe its a combo of age and kids - my hormones are out of whack.

I feel like it happened at 35. I just recently found clinical strength anti-persperant and it does help.
an extra 20 pounds doesn't hep either

I'm 33, haven't noticed a difference yet. But I'm one of those weird people who are always cold, even in summer...maybe I need more iron, lol.
