If you're selling, where are you going?
DH and I were walking around our neighborhood before, and I noticed how many houses are for sale. I wondered out loud where everyone is moving to, like if they're going off Long Island. DH said I should post on here to find out! There are currently 2 houses on my block for sale, and one has been on the market for well over a year. The price of that one has gone down tremendously, so I'm just wondering for the people who are selling....are you looking to move somewhere that is cheaper where you can get more for your money, or do you want to stay on LI?

We will be staying on the island.
I wouldn't mind staying in our house and expanding but it's not really an option so we're just looking for something a little bigger.
I would LOVE to move off the island. DH isn't having it.
