If you're delivering at Winthrop...
Do you know if they allow more than 1 person in the room? I would like my mom & DH in with me. TIA!

Yes..they allow 2 people. I had my mom and my DH.
If you have a C-section then it is just one person.

my sister was in the delivery room with us for awhile, and immediately following (after we were cleaned up), they allowed in everyone that was in waiting room (my parents, ILs, and 2 sisters)

I just went to the Orientation recently. The nurse presenting said they used to let more people in, but it got out of hand.
Now, they let 2 people in, but you have to choose only 2 people - they won't let people switch off. If it is DH and your mom, then ONLY DH and mom are allowed in - mom can't leave and let someone else come in.
C-section is only one other person.

i delivered at winthrop 9 months ago and yes you are allowed 2 people to be your coachs ie mom and DH they are so nice there and i loved my nurses i hope you have a good experience there too.
