If your DC wore a harness for hip displaysia?

How long did it take for their legs to come back in after they were done wearing the harness?

DD has been out of the harness for about 3 weeks now and her legs are still far apart whenever you try to stand her up. I feel bad bc DS loves to stand on your lap and bounce like crazy but DD can't do that bc her legs are so wide apart.

I don't remember it taking any amount of time-honestly, she was so little (3 months when it came off) that I just may not have noticed.

I will say that she has the craziest sleep position still at 3.5 years. She sleeps on her belly, legs bent at a 90 degree angle and out to her sides, flat against the mattress.

She can also twist her feet 180 degrees. Her ortho did it at her last check up.

Outside of these 2 quirks, you would never notice anything strange. She is just extra bendy.

I think when your little one walks/pulls up she will get them back into the right position
