If your DC wakes up between 5&5:30am what time do they go to bed?
This is DD's latest phase and it has been going on for a month. It wasn't a big deal because we would put her in our bed, she would sleep for an hour then watch tv in bed for about 30-45 minutes. Now she wakes up at 5 and is up. This morning it was 4:30 I somehow got her back to sleep in our bed but she was wide awake.
She use to sleep from 7-7 and somewhere down the line I lost all control of bedtime with both of them. I want to get back to that schedule but it so hard. DS gives us a song a dance to go to bed and he isn't going down until 9pm which we hate.

my DS goes to sleep at 9 sish and wakes up at 5 but goes back to sleep til 9 or so....

DD is usually up around 5:30-6am but more recently 5:30 am everyday. She goes to bed at 7pm.
Although a few times recently I put her to bed later thinking that she would sleep later but still up at 5:30 all raring to go...lol
Shes an early riser like her dad.

she used to sleep from 7-7 but lately is getting up at 530ish. (She still goes to bed at 7) I dont take her out until 6 , as per the healthy sleep habits book

My only solution is for you to bring her over here and her and Jack can play together at 5am.
I cannot stand the early rising. I have no answer though - I wish I did.
Oh - and get that little boy in bed before 9pm....you need to relax too before bed!

Jacob goes to bed at 7:30 and wakes up between 5:30 and 6:00. He used to sleep 7-7

Between 8-9pm usually, unless he doesnt nap then 7:30-8pm

We should catch up on the phone at that time
I put her to bed at 7 tonight lets see what happens. I am thinking the birds are waking her up because their are 2 big trees outside her window.
DS is going to bed soon too. He started this whole ordeal though that he is asking for a million things before he goes to bed.
For the poster that mentioned not taking her out until 6am, I thought about doing that because I have that book and swear by it but DD wakes DS up. She screams and I try and go in and tell her to go back to sleep but she doesn't.

Clover goes to bed between 7:30-8 and wakes anywhere from 5-6am although today it was 3:30am
