If your DC naps for a ridiculously long time....

like over 2 hrs....do you wake them or let them sleep????

I let them sleep unless there is somewhere we have to be.

I always let them sleep. If they are sleeping that long it means their body must need the rest.

I let him sleep for up to 3 hours in the afternoon, but wake him after that so he can eat. This keeps him on some sort of routine for bedtime.

Depending on how old Ali was - I would start waking her up. Only because we were having problems with her sleeping at night, and when we would wake her from sleeping for all of those hours during the day - her sleeping habits were better at night.

dd just woke up from a 3 hour nap...she only takes one a day that is usually between 2-3 hours long so , no , I do not disturb her

No. I feel like if he sleeps that long, he needs it. Yesterday the two of us took a 3 hour nap together Chat Icon (We both really needed it!)

DD only takes one nap in the afternoon so I don't wake her unless it was a late nap and it's dinnertime.

same here - I only let her sleep 2 hours max.
