If your child eats peeled apples, please come in!
Can you pre-peel it before going out? If so, how do you keep it fresh and not brown? I've heard about using lemon juice, but doesn't that alter the taste?
If not, how do you peel it fast while out?
DS will just chew the skin for 10 minutes and finally spit it out. I'm excited he will eat the apple without skin for now, so one step at a time.

Sprite will keep it from turning brown and doesnt alter the taste like lemon juice...

Just peel it and put it in an airtight container, it will get a little brown, but it tastes the same imo!

Yep....
Works like a charm....
And it really doesnt add any sugar to the apples...it's an old catering trick.
I usually cut up the apples and then toss them with the sprite...
