if your 1year old takes one nap..
can you share your nap/feeding schedule?
I think DD wants to ditch a nap but we have to wake her so early (6am) during the workweek.

Breakfast around 9-930ish.
nap around 11 to 2
bottle after nap
dinner about 5ish
last bottle around 6-630

Do you give him a snack or lunch? This is my biggest problem if I put her down at 11, when would I give her lunch? Bc she eats dinner around ur DS and goes to sleep by 645

Up at 6:45-7 am
4oz milk after diaper change
Breakfast around 7:45am
4oz milk around 10am
Nap at 10:15am until 12:30pm
Lunch at 1pm
4oz. milk at around 3pm
Dinner at 5-5:30pm
6oz milk right before bedtime at 7pm

I will try lunch, but most (if not all) days he doesn't eat lunch. Im lucky if he eats dinner. He will have snacks thru out the day (yogurt, fruit, a cookie or two).He is a PITA with food, so I take what I can get.

DS has transitioned to 1 nap a day....occasionally 2 if he naps earlier than normal.....His day goes something like this (he is in daycare from 8 - 3:45)
6:30/7:00 Wake
7:30 8 oz. milk bottle
8:45/9:00 Breakfast
10:30/11:00 Snack
NAP
1:30ish Lunch
2:30 Small Snack
4:00 8 oz milk bottle with another small snack
6:00 Dinner
7:30 8 oz milk bottle
BED
Although it looks like DS eats alot throughout the day, he is a VERY poor eater and really just picks. He hated formula as an infant, but loves milk. I still have him on bottles so I know he is getting enough of something.

Kaydyn has had the same schedule since she was 11 months old and gave up her 2nd nap.
7:30am wake up and she gets a cup/bottle of milk
8:30am my MIL feeds her breakfast
12:30pm my MIL feeds her lunch
1-4pmish she takes a nap
5:30 my MIL feeds her dinner
7/7:30 when we get home we give her a snack while we are eating dinner
9pm we put her to bed
On the weekends she might wake up a little later and we alter the naps if we're going out somewhere. She's pretty flexible if we need to put her in for a nap a little earlier or a little later.

oatmeal, fruit, mini pancake around 9
juice/water 1030
lunch 1230 (stuff him!!)
bottle - 6oz milk 115-130
nap follows - pray for 2 hrs.. my DH always get 2 1/2 from him because they play soooo much
yogurt 330-4
430 - bottle 4oz
dinner 6ish..
bottle 730
bed 815

DS wakes up at 7ish.
7:30-8 oz bottle---takes him about an hour to fnish it becuase he keeps going back to it.
9:30-breakfast
10:30-NAP (1.5-2 hours)
1-lunch
3:30-8 oz bottle and snack
5:30-Dinner
7:15-Last bottle/bed
