If you work a desk job
please please please take the time to play around with your chair! I was having lower back pain and figured it had to do with pregnancy. But then I was bored one day and started playing around with my chair, which I never adjust. I tilted it all the way back and I put my feet up on a box under my desk - and no more back pain! It takes a little extra effort getting in and out of the chair but sitting feels great!
give it a shot!

I got one of those cushions for my lower back. It made a HUGE difference.

yup, i lean back with my legs up on the computer tower under my desk 
also, lowering your seat will force you to sit up straighter vs. being high and leaning over!

yep I adjusted my seat and I keep my seat very low to the ground flipped the recycle garbage can over and turned it into a foot stool and it helps my back a ton

I had a lumbar pillow AND one of those cushions with the opening for your spine bc my back would hurt from sitting for long period of time. I would also get up and cruise the floor in the afternoon...everyone loved my preggo chat Now they all come to my desk
