If you were planning a party....
...and knew someone whose family owned/operated a well known catering hall, but it was out east and you lived in Queens, would you consider it, to get a discount??
Not sure if/how much a discount I could get, but DH turns 30 next summer and I am tossing around ideas on having a surprise party for him, and this place popped into my head.
Our friends/family are all over (Queens, Nassau and Suffolk).
Just curious.

I would think it is too far, therefore I would order from a place close to me.
But if they offer - you would have to see about the terms - if you have to pick it up, it be delivered stuff like that.
