I like to be slathered and get hot with friends sooo...

in a baking dish with some chopped up zucchini, peppers, onions..

teryaki sauce

375 oven till veggies are tender.

UBER easy and YUMM

Sorry to hear that. I sear for like 2-3 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Remember it keeps cooking slightly when you take it off the heat.
