If you wear leggings, what type of shoe do you wear?
After becoming a mom 2 yrs ago, I became self-admittedly frumpy.
My sense of style and fashion has disappeared (along with my thin waistline  )
Anyway, I'm trying to slowly come back. I have some great, thick, black leggings and top for them but don't know what shoes to wear them with (aka buy).
What shoes to wear with black leggings? A type of bootie maybe? Help. Pics please too.
ETA: Thanks everyone. I thought people wore them with booties, guess I was wrong. I have tall black boots so I'll be wearing my leggings soon

I generally wear boots that stop just below my knee.
I'm not crazy about the whole bootie-look but that's just for me personally.

Uggs, hunter rain boots ...possibly riding boots (has to be the right outfit, in m opinion).

Are you dressing up your leggings with nice tops or are you wearing long casual sweaters and tees?
In the spring summer I wear them more casually and usually don't wear ones that go all the way down to my ankle so I wear peep toe flats or flip flops.
In the winter my casual tops get matched with casual boots or booties. When I do a nicer top and long blazer I do heeled boots.

Winter: Above the knee or knee high boots
Tall Uggs
Summer: Flip flops, Ballet flats. I love leggings. You can dress it up or down.
