if you wax your legs...
do you get tiny bumps? they're mostly prevalent on my calf. i've been waxing for a while now so the hair is very thin. i think since the hair is so thin it doesn't have the 'strength' to push out of the skin, so it just stays where it is. they're almost like little ingrown hairs, but not painful or anything.
i exfoliate about 3x a week with a body scrub and even that doesn't help.
any thoughts?

I get the bumps immediately after waxing but they go away after an hour or so. It's just that I'm on the paler side so I react differently.
ETA: the girl that waxes me uses a sugar wax and told me I should exfoliate with sugar scrubs or sea salt scrubs only. Maybe that will help.
