If you use the Playtex Ventaire Advance Bottles..

how do you warm them up? Is there a bottle warmer that you can use? My daughter is looking for something especially for the middle of the night that will heat it quicker than putting it in a pot of hot water.

If I remember correctly, you can use any bottle warmer, but the nipples need to be removed before heating. Maybe someone else can cofirm that? I used them with my son, but I honestly cannot remember!

IMO, those bottles are terrible because you can't use a bottle warmer. The plastic valve in the bottom of the bottle is so sensitive and warp easily, it's ridiculous. You can't boil them, can't use a warmer, can't put it in the dishwasher...etc.

I use them and love them. I just warm it up in the microwave for a couple of seconds with the top off. Never had a problem and the ped. said it's what she did with her kids. Just make sure to shake it and test it.

i just put tap water as hot as it gets into a tupperware and submerge the bottle for 5 mins, works like a charm and no hot spots

pop it in the microwave with no top on it. works like a charm.
