I just switched to Dr. Matthews office from a large practice that I was unhappy with. I was excited to go there, but I just got a phone call today that our first appt(physicals) is cancelled today because she has to go over to the hospital. Does this happen often with the small practice? And they didn't reschedule us for a week from now.
