If you scheduled a c-section because of breach baby?
Do they usually schedule it a week or two before your due date????
Just curious.

DD was breech and after I went in for an unsuccessful version my OB made me pick a C date. He supported going up to two weeks after my due date to give her ample time to do what she needed to do. He said the soonest he would do was a week bedore my due date though I did acupuncture and moxibustion and that flipped her at 38 weeks. If you want my acupuncturists info, let me know. DS was breech from 28 weeks. I opted not to do the version after doing some research and speaking to my dr. My due date was 8/2 and I was scheduled for 7/29 so only 5 days earlier.

My first baby was breech. OB was not going to schedule it until I was at least 39 weeks. I woke up one morning at 37 weeks with my water breaking, so he was born then.

Yes my baby is transverse right now plus I'm having a repeat c-sec and they don't schedule you to 39 weeks.

39 wks is the earliest hospitals will allow.
Dd was 39wks, she was breech, this one is a repeat csection, at 39wks too.
