If you lost weight while being preggo...
how do you calculate your weight gain?
For example...in the 1st tri i lost 13lbs
since then i have gained those 13 back and then put on another 5lbs....so did i gain 18 lbs or 5lbs?

it goes by the weight you started at, so in total, you've gained 5 lbs.
