what month were they born and why did you hold them back?

I was really set on starting DS (born in Nov) in kindergarten in 2014-2015 school year, but now I'm not sure. I think academically he's on point, but am concerned about social-emotional development. I know a lot can happen in a year, but he's been struggling as of late...even getting slightly bullied...
