What would you do with it?

I would probably make some sort of lemon, butter, parsley sauce and put it over linguni. You could also put it over rice.

Thats actually what I was planning! I was gonna get some mussels as well and do a paella for tomorrow's dinner.

me too...cuz it's easy.
otherwise, a seafood risotto.
I am afraid of paella.
dh and I tried to make it once and it was a diastro!!

OK This is what I ended up making! Mom & DH loved it!!! I never got a chance today to get mussels.
Served it over rice. Also added garlic.
