If you HATE your mortgage company is there anything you can do????
Our mortgage was sold to a new (local) company and I HATE them! Besides the fact that they don't send statements or except electronic payments; they don't respond to messages I leave them concerning questions. I even send a letter when I send my payment and still nothing.
Is there anything I can do???

All you can do is refi but even then you might end up with them a loan servicer
