If you ever returned an item back from disney store.com
I have a question for you that I would like to fm you. Just a little taken back from the kind of response I got when I wanted to return a few items.

I have. I just sent it back with the invoice and said what was wrong with it. (I ordered a shirt but they sent me flip flops ) It was a few months later but they still exchanged it. DH has returned stuff w/no problem too.
What did they say to you?

I bought some Cars stuff for my nephew that I found out my BIL already had, so I returned it no problem.
What happened?

I ordered a whole bunch of ornaments last year and they mistakenly sent me a sink strainer instead of one of the ornaments (weird!). They told me to keep the item and sent me what I had originally ordered.

Thanks for your replies guys and the above is what happened to me! Except they weren't ornaments.
I was just surprised that they said to keep the items. They told me to either donate it or keep it and I was just like wow. This was my first time that I ordered from them and I was just really surprised how they handled it. They also mistakenly sent me the wrong items. So they are sending me the one I wanted and they don't want the others back

I work for a wholesale company and we'll do that for small quantities. It's sometimes not worth the time & expense to take in the return, put it back in inventory and store it especially if it is something seasonal or an older item.
