A friend of mine just told me about it and even though I didn't believe her, I called anyway LOL.
It's "Consumer Relations" and you talk to a live person.

Dont forget to also go to the EB website to print out their $1 off 7 jars coupons...you can print it 3 times...among other coupons....
And right now BRU has EB stage 1 and 2 20 for $10 and stage 3 10 for $10.....
