Back in December I was five months pregnant. Sadly, I lost the baby.
Now I just want to be super careful on what I eat, etc.

I'm sorry for your loss. Please know that you what you eat won't cause a m/c. Even if you eat something that's a no-no, everything in moderation is fine.
Was your dr able to find out a possible reason for your prior loss? Don't ever blame yourself

yep...I ate 1/2 of a digourno pizza for lunch yesterday.... then I ate 1/4 of it for dinner...and another 1/4 for lunch today.....only thing I could think of that was appetizing.

Wow I'm very sorry for your loss.
But frozen pizza should be fine to eat. I think its raw fish that should be stayed away from. Cold cuts and hot dogs should be eaten in moderation because of listeria. I've eaten a few frozen pizzas and everything is fine.

Im so sorry for your loss...Im 5 months now and I cant even imagine how you must feel.
As far as frozen pizza, it is totally fine to eat, although I would say to not go too crazy because it is pretty high in salt....plus when I had it last week it gave me my first bout of heartburn.

I personally can't eat pizza with my pregnancy. I get sick everytime after,so I stay away from it. I say if you can eat it ,then go for it. Have a slice for me if you do decide to have some.
