If you are a Fall or Winter '06 Mom
And DC is getting the flu shot, how long after will they get their 12 month shots? DDs are getting the flu shot on November 1 (they have their checkup the next day but I am going to delay their shots b/c of this). Not sure how far after to delay - a month maybe? 
ETA: Obviously I will ask our ped, but if anyone has spoken to their ped about this or has any thoughts, I'd love to hear, thanks.

We just got back from the dr. They got their flu shot today and they have to go back for round 2 of flu shot in a month. We are delaying their MMR shots till 15 or 18 months.

Flu shot isn't required, but babies getting the flu is much worse than for a grown up.

Ugh I never even thought of this  More shots 
I will give him the flu shot though.. His 1 yr. appointment is the 2nd week of October so I'm not sure how to work out the other shots and this one

Hmmm. that never occured to me that he needed a flu shot. I guess at his 1 year old appt i will ask. That won't be until Dec

I know, I asked the nurse (or whoever was on the phone) and she said yeah, they can get their 1 year shots the next day. I was like I don't know about that. I guess I'll wait and ask the doctor, but that's not for another couple of weeks. I didn't know there were 2 rounds of the flu shot either.
