if we DO find a problem at the walk-through
What do we do?
It will just be us and the seller there. Do we tell her or do we just tell our lawyer?
I'm not anticipating a problem -- just curious. We don't take possession until the 3rd, so there would be time to fix it (providing money was put in escrow, etc. for our protection). I just want to know if we address it with the seller while we are there.

definitely tell your lawyer right away, take a picture of it
and bring it up at the closing.. you can always do last minute negotiations!!!

definitely tell your lawyer right away! and when you do the next walk thru when they are ready to leave on the 3rd, if there are problems then you need to bring it up admittely with your lawyer. GL! I'm sure it will all work out.

Both realtors will be at our walk through. I'd be surprised if theirs didn't show.

Since we bought new construction, we did our walk thru with our realtor, and two of the builders representatives...the Small things we wanted fixed, they fixed quickly and without hassle.
