if i dont laugh... ill cry..and cry and cry some more....
So i am home tonight with both kids alone since dh is working OT. Allison was at the sitters today and overall i had a good day with my ds.We get home at 3 and ds has been up ever since. I am trying to get him to go to sleep at around 630 when Allison starts pushing like she is going to the bathroom. I say you pooped? she says YEAH. i say ok gve me one minute ill change you. I calm down ds and go to put him in the swing and i turn around there is poop all over my living room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I leave him in his swing SCREAMING while i tyake her insiode also SCREAMING!!! I change her and clean up the poop in the living room and all is calm until.. i pick up ds and he burps and then proceeds to PROJECTILE VOMIT everywhere including the livng room rug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the life of a mommy of 2 under 2.. tell me this has happened to others or someting similar.....

First of all:
Your post is giving me a panic attack as my little ones will be exactly the same age difference as yours once #2 gets here.
Just think, by then you will be an old pro at the 2 under 2 thing and laughing at my crazed posts 
It HAS to get better. You're still new to this and haven't gotten into the swing of things yet.
BTW- your DD is ADORABLE. I absolutely love that pic in your profile.

As a current member of the same club I really really feel for you . The first time I was home alone with them the 3 of us were hysterical crying because I didn't know how to go downstairs with 2 kids!
My best advice is to just breath and go into another room and try not to think about it. The minute I thought about what ever I had to clean up I felt overwhelmed so I just dealt with it and moved on. It gets so much easier I promise. Now at almost 11 months and 25 months I deal with "fighting'.

With an 18 month old and a 9 week old I tend to wait to change my shirt until at there is at least two puke/pee/food incidents on my shirt- what's the point of changing it immediately?
Also, a great example of life with 2 under 2......entertaining your toddler who is whining in the bathroom with you as you are trying to poop while it is painful from the hemorroid you got while pregnant/delivering your newborn. such fun!

My day was like that 2 days ago! Julia had a little stomach bug and decided to get sick in bed at 6am, woke up her brother, so I had to change the sheets real quick so I could feed the baby, Julia then tells me she has to go poops on the potty so I stopped feeding the baby ran to the bathroom with her she has non stop diarreah, and the baby decides to projectile vomit all over me!!  I wanted to cry!! We all have days like that!
