If anyone is looking for AMEX gift cards with NO PURCHASE FEE
Until Dec 17th you can buy them on the American Express website.
Use code GIFT12
You do NOT have to have an Amex card, I paid with a Visa.
You do have to pay to ship, but I just save $23.70 in purchase fees and paid $8 to ship expedite, so it's well worth it..

thats a pretty good deal, AMEX always charges the fee.
TD bank offers gift cards with NO fee as long as you have an account with them.
