If anyone is looking for a lower cal eggnog option...
...Almond Breeze makes a pretty good Almond Milk egg nog.
60 calories, 1 gram of fat.
It's not as decadent as the original 200 calories a serving egg nog, but it isn't bad at all and I'm sure if you spiked it, it would be even better!
