If a house has been on the market for 6 months..?
Do you think they would be more inclined to settle on thier price especially if it was a flip and nobody lives there? Is that the average market time for houses lately in this market? We are looking at it but we are not in any rush to make any kind of a decision. We are still deciding to move or expand!

I would think a flip would be more eager to move, since they are paying mortgage and taxes and not living there.
but when we hit 6 months we were not in any real rush and not interested in negotiating much. Others may want to get out - it's so subjective.

it depends- if the flip is someone that does them all the time- they might have the bank roll to wait for the price they want
if they are on a smaller scale- they might not be able to afford a loss or they might just be eager to get their money back out
you never know till you make an offer
