Ideas for romantic overnight?
hey guys,
need some ideas for a romantic overnight destination for me and my DH. my mom offered to watch DS for us and we want to take advantage of the opportunity. We would like to go somewhere within a 2-3 hours drive and not cape may or Atlantic city(we've been there a ton of times). Any suggestions are welcomed

The Red Lion Inn in the Berkshire region of Mass is romantic. There are many cute B&Bs in the Hudson Valley aera, too.

My husband surprised me the other week with a night at MGM at foxwoods for my birthday. He booked a suite.
Now i realize this isn't a romantic spot, but it's all in how you spend the time.
Like he said, he got us the suite because he wants us to relax, take a bath, take a long nap or order room service if we want. That to me is romantic.

thanks ladies, they are all great suggestions! I will probably look into all of them. I was actually thinking Montauk, since i know its a great place to just relax and get away, as well as Mohegan sun or foxwoods area as we love poker and i know the area has some spas and resorts too (def want a massage regardless of where we go and MA is also a great idea..i will look into it too
