Iced Tea?
So I know Iced Tea has caffiene in it, but I feel like it is less than coffee or soda...does anyone know how much? Are any of you girls drinking Iced Tea while pg??? I constantly crave it. Oh, and I mean fresh brewed iced tea, not bottled or powder.

My ob/gyn said that they now allow caffeine but in moderation 1 8oz cup a day.
8oz coffee 95-200 mg
Black Tea 14-61 mg
AriZona Iced Tea, lemon-flavored 8 oz. 11 mg
Lipton Brisk Lemon Iced Tea 8 oz. 5-7 mg
So I'd say if you are doing a fresh brew go with the calculations on Black tea and enjoy a cup or 2!

If you google different brands it will tell you how much caffiene there is. Here is what I found
Iced tea
AriZona Iced Tea, lemon-flavored 8 oz. (240 mL) 11 mg
Generic instant, unsweetened 8 oz. (240 mL) 26 mg
Lipton Brisk Lemon Iced Tea 8 oz. (240 mL) 5-7 mg
I am using the Decaf powder. You can probably make your own with Decaf tea bags...

I also use the decaf powder. I think its by 4c or Lipton. It comes in a green tin
