I know I should be greatful for the lack of constipation...
But as the pregnancy is progressing, I find it harder and harder to eat anything buy fruits,baby food, salads and vegetables.
My doctor reccomended me having a balance or luna bar daily to get my calories in...
But even with that.. I'm still GOING all the time
Kinda embarassing lol

I have IBS and when I first got pregnant I felt like the IBS totally disappeared. I was able to go every single day without a problem. Now for the past few weeks I am so consitpated (wondering if this could have anything to do with my sudden swollen belly). All I do is eat fruit, salad, multigrain cereal and I still am having a problem. Sorry you are dealing wtih the opposite!

So terrible. Mine is severe opposite where sometimes I worry about not making it to the bathroom (TMI SORRY)
I think I am going to have to go back to the tummy doc and have him figure out what to do. stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
