Benefiber!! I swore by it. I had it in my am drink every day. If I skipped a few days I was in so much pain!

I took a laxative as my dr. recommended and finally went to the bathroom it was pure torture, I have never experience anything like this. She mentioned taking colace too--can I take that everyday? Will it give me diarreah?

I take colace everyday...no issues whatsoever. I also try to have flax seed once a day. It definitely helps!

I take Colace up to three times a day and I put clear fiber all or Metamucil in my water three times a day.
Hope you get some relief.

100% agree!!! why wait for colace or other laxatives?? These are safe and FAST. I always had the in stock, lol!
