Remember all my hubby vents? Well, we had a huge fight Thursday morning where I pretty much told him he's on crack if he thinks I'm not doing enough. So, he came home from work to spend the day at home. I thought it was to be sweet and apologetic, but NO, of course not! He wanted to stay at home all day to see if I'm really as overwhelmed as I claim, the smarta$$!  But, I had my vengeance! Alex was such a good girl to mommy and decided to make that one of her worst days yet. At around 7pm, after trying to put her down for a nap for the sixth time in an hour, he came over to me, handed her to me and told me he was wrong!!  All is well in the Beer household again

The men don't realize what our day is really like unless they experience it themselves.
I tell me DH all the time that his day ends when he gets home, its his choice if he wants to relax or do something. I keep going and don't get to relax until my daughter is fast asleep and at that point, I am exhausted.
