Aaron could've still locked it up in family trusts that he can't touch. Someone who is smart enough to go from practically penniless to billionaire can't be stupid when it comes to estate planning.
eta. I can't imagine any amount of money would ease my pain if my dad just died.

she has her own money, and of course she wil get tons from her daddys will, BUT I think aaron spelling was a smart man so I am sure he kept the money in trusts. I think it very possible that her husband saw $$$
