I went to The Christmas Tree Shop on SI this weekend. It was amazing.
I went to one previously in Albany when it wasn't Christmas season but OMG we bought so much christmas stuff. It's our first year in the house so we had only enough stuff for our apartment. Now we are well stocked. Who else has been there?
After we finished up there we drove to NJ to have Denny's. I was uber excited.

DH and I went a couple of weeks ago and stocked up on Christmas lights to put out in front of our house (since it's our first year in the house as well)!!! I love that place!
We have one not too far from us so I definitely plan on going back to get some more decorations as well.

ahhh the xmas tree shop is the coolest place ever to shop...
and i live in nj 15 min away from one.. its
so hard not to spend tons of money there

Wow only 15 minutes away. I wouldn't be able to be that close to the store. I would be there quite often. Also I paid like 2.81 for gas in NJ. Go Jersey.

I have been to 4 of them... my favorite is the one in spring valley exit 14 n off the thurway...... not that crowded and nice stuff. the one in SI can be very very busy!!!!
But of course that would never stop me!

Ok...I live about 5 minutes away from the one in NJ in Paramus...I have been there 2x...I don't see what all the hoopla is about

I used to live in CT and we went all the time. SI is to far from me now. I am cross my fingers they will open one somewhere on LI soon! I love that place!

I have 2 within 15 minutes of our home (but we live in Mass). I've always been addicted to that store. Even when it's not christmas season.

Me too (but not the Paramus one).
I thought it was all junk (pre-Christmas.)
However, when I first moved to Westchester & had no money , I couldn't find cheap decorations up here like I could in Queens.
I would have loved it back then!
