I went rollerblading!!
So, last night, I dusted off my roller blades that had been in a plastic bag for the last 3 years while i've been having babies. I went for a 30 minute workout around my neighborhood and I forgot how much I missed it!
I was reluctant to get back into it because I thought that I would be so out of shape I wouldn't make it a half mile. But I went 2 miles. (And only stopped bc it got dark). I used to do it for 9 miles. Slowly but surely, I will do it again.
Just wanted to say how proud of myself I was, and how excited I am to get a toned body again. It just took me getting off the couch, handing the kids to DH, putting my ipod on, and going, to make me get the 'bug' again. 
I'm definitely feeling a little sore today. No pain, no gain!

That's great!!!
I used to love rollerblading as a kid. never thought to do it as a workout!!! I may have to go get myself a pair!!!

I lost 30 lbs when I did it before my wedding. My mother and I used to go together.
