I went for a pedicure last night...
and there was a long wait. After a while, I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and soak my feet. I didn't think anything of it, so I did. About 10-15 minutes later when I took my feet out, I felt very warm. I didn't think until that moment that it could possibly be bad for the baby. Do you think I could have done harm? I am so mad at myself bc I am so careful but it's so hard to think of everything.

I think you're okay... if you were in a hot tub for that long with the baby sitting in the water, then I'd be concerned, but just your feet should be fine.

I don;t know why soaking your feet would have done any harm. I wouldn't worry about it.

I doubt soaking your feet would in any way negatively effect the baby. I have heard that pregnant women should not use hot tubs, but just feet? I am sure it is fine

You arent supposed to raise your body temperature above 101 or 102 degrees (according to the baby books), which is the reason to stay out of hot tubs and saunas.
Just soaking your feet wouldnt raise your whole body temp that much. Enjoy the pedicures
