I responded in original thread, but will copy my response here too:
I believe if it is stated in your lease that with your rent you will have access to all amenities you previously mentioned there should be some form of action you can take for minor reimbursements. You would need to re-read your contract.

I can't find anything about the amenities in the lease. Only in the brochure that was given to us.

Does the lease mention the brochure or any marketing literature?
I would still make a claim. You have nothing to lose (after you renew your lease that is)
