I want to cry.. Still congested!

I am sooo over being sick! I have haqd a cold/sinus/post nasel drip for the past 4 weeks!! Just when I think I feel better its not breaking :( I finally caved in and did sudafed last night the 24 hour release one.. I also got the saline spray neilmed which barely works.. Im sooo congested and keep coughing up phlegm.. does it ever get better?

Try lavimed. Look it up online. It's a good saline spray that is not addicting and safe for pregnant women. I suffer from chronic sinusitis and it helps. Also, boil water and get eucalyptus oil put it in the pot and drape a towel over your head for 15 minutes - three times a day.
