I want the day off on Halloween...
Can someone help me convince my boss that the 31st October is actually a Jewish holiday called "Challah-Ween"
Please, I want the day off.

Well, November 1 is All Saints Day and we had off when I was in law school (Catholic school but I'm a Jew who took advantage of the day off). It made for a crazy fun Halloween night!!!!! Try that angle!!!!!

And in the true Jewish tradition, I am waiting for Chinese food to be delivered!!! The kid has gone to sleep, the house is quiet...let Friday night begin! Friday night...so full of promise.

LOL on Challoween. It does sould like it could be a Jewish Holiday.
When I started at my job 8 years ago, I told my boss that I needed off. When he challenged me on using a personal day, I declared it my religious holiday.

It really should be a holiday.
I want to take it off, and I don't even have to kids to dress up, but this is the first year I live in a place where I might actually get trick or treators, and I want to be home for it!
