I couldn't get an automated appt last night but I was told to keep trying. They said by Monday if I still can't get an appt to call them back and they will call the agency downtown and get an appt for us. If we get in early am we can get it in 24 hrs. It could take about 3 days.
Maybe the passports will show up. I'm wracking my brains trying to remember where they are. I've searched everywhere.
