I thought I was pregnant, not menopausal
My face will get super hot...starts slowly & then burns. Like I am blushing, but not.
W t Eff is this????
anyone else??

I've been having hot flashes since the 1st tri...the back of neck gets super hot, and the heat spreads to the rest of my body! I've had to leave work and sit in my car with no coat & the windows rolled down Drinking cold water helps too.
Also, I've been sleeping with a fan on the entire pregnancy,my husband has to wear a sweatshirt to bed b/c it is generally cold in our bedroom, but I get super hot in the middle of the night.

I wake up in a sweat....I'm normally always cold and wake up in literally hot or cold sweats...I did with DD as well..it's crazy!!!

I'm cold, I'm hot. There's no middle ground for me!
I wake up in sweat when the thermostat is set to 62. Enough sweat that I think my water broke or I peed the bed. It's horrible.
