I think my doctor slipped...
and told me the sex of the baby.He knows for sure since I had a CVS.
I was complaining to him how big I felt this time compared to DD at the same stage. He said, you weigh less than you did this time with you DD so its probably just because its your second. Plus he said, second babies are usually bigger for some reason. Then he adds, boys are usually bigger than girls, too. But of course we don't know the sex, he said with a wink.
Now either he was covering up his slip, screwing around with me or just commenting. It's driving me nuts! And I really don't want to know.

She thinks he may have been saying that she's having a boy. He commented that boys are usually bigger in response to her complaint about being bigger this time around. Then he added in "we don't know the sex" & winked. It's possible that he added that in as a cover when he realized he accidentally revealed the sex.
I sounds to me like he was probably joking around with you. My midwife made a similar comment to me about the difference in m/s between my pregnancies & how we now know that this one must be a boy. I think he probably knows that at this point your're dying to find out & he was just giving you another thing to think about.

That would drive me absolutely insane!!!
But, I think he was just joking-- if he said the second part and winked after a pause, maybe it was a slip. But it sounds like he was just yanking your chain.
